📘 How to Use the Passport Photo Creator

Welcome to the ultimate tool for creating perfect passport-sized photos for A4 printing. Follow these simple steps to edit, arrange, and print your photos in minutes.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Upload Your Photo(s)

Click the 📁 Upload Photo button to select a single image from your device. If you want to work on multiple different faces at once, click 📂 Bulk Upload and select all the images you need.

Step 2: Adjust and Crop

Once your photo is uploaded, you will see a preview box with a black border representing the final passport size.

  • Move: Click and hold the image inside the preview box with your mouse to drag it into the perfect position. You can also use the arrow buttons below.
  • Zoom: Use the Zoom slider to make the face fit properly inside the frame.
Step 3: Edit the Background & Colors

Make your photo look professional using our built-in editing tools:

  • Remove Background: Click the "Remove Background" button to automatically erase the original background.
  • Change Background Color: Pick a new background color (like white or light blue) using the color picker tool.
  • Brightness: Adjust the slider to fix dark photos.
  • Borders: Add a border to your photo and pick its color to make cutting easier after printing.
Step 4: Create the A4 Sheet

Decide how many copies of this specific photo you want to print. Enter the number in the Number of Copies box and click Add to A4 Sheet. You will see the photos arrange themselves perfectly on a virtual A4 paper at the bottom of the page.

Tip: You can upload a different person's photo, edit it, and add it to the exact same sheet!

Step 5: Download or Print

Once your A4 sheet is full or you have all the copies you need:

  • Click 💾 Download Image to save the high-resolution A4 sheet to your computer.
  • Click 🖨️ Print Sheet to send it directly to your connected printer.

Advanced Features

Editing Images Directly on the Sheet

If you notice a mistake after adding an image to the A4 sheet, simply click on that specific photo inside the A4 preview. It will instantly load back into the main editor with all its previous settings so you can fix it.

💾 Save and Load Projects

If you are working on a large project (like photos for a whole class or office) and need to take a break, click Save Project. This will download a `.json` file to your computer.

When you return, click 📂 Load Project, select that `.json` file, and all your uploaded images, edits, and your A4 sheet layout will be restored exactly as you left them.
